San Diego County CA (the San Diego CA metro area) is one of the most beautiful areas in the nation with good weather almost year-round. San Diego County CA has a varied landscape with several beaches on the Pacific Ocean, San Diego Bay for sailing, motorboating and harbor cruises, lakes, mountains, desert, and the Cleveland National Forest. County government is located in the downtown San Diego area near the harbor.

San Diego County CA is divided by North, South, with a further division of Coastal (West) or Inland (East).
Northern Coastal areas include La Jolla, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Encinitas, Oceanside, Carmel Valley, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Solana Beach, and Leucadia and areas of San Diego including University City, Pacific Beach and Clairemont.
Northern Inland areas include Poway, Scripps Ranch, Mira Mesa,Carmel Mountain, Rancho Bernardo, Vista and Escondido.
Central Coastal areas include downtown San Diego CA and the Point Loma area of San Diego CA.
East County cities include Spring Valley, La Mesa, El Cajon, Alpine and Jamul.
Southern Coastal areas include Chula Vista, Bonita, National City, San Diego (including Paradise Hills, Ocean View Hills, Otay Mesa and Nestor),San Ysidro, Imperial Beach and Coronado Island.
