As a REALTOR and licensed Broker working solely as a real estate agent (Broker Associate), I help clients list for sale, sell and buy real estate throughout San Diego County. 

I decided to get my Broker license in 2004 after having a regular real estate Salesperson license. Real estate is a second career. Before joining Keller Williams Realty in 2004, I worked with McMillin Realty in Chula Vista. I currently work with a strong, established and successful office of Keller Williams Realty which has over 200 real estate agents. Before real estate, I worked as a business consultant and as a Vice President in business corporations. Through these roles, I have developed good communication, interpersonal and project management skills, which are essential in real estate transactions. I received my MBA degree from a major university. If we meet, you'll also discover that I'm a PNP (Pretty Nice Person) and I work as a fiduciary consultant with your best interests in mind at all times. I live in South San Diego County.

My differentiating factors as a REALTOR are use of Internet technology to the fullest for marketing for my seller clients, excellent contract & negotiation skills, some area real estate knowledge and essential needs and top wants discovery to help you find the right home to buy, keeping you well informed throughout the process, and knowing a large number of REALTORS in the San Diego County area who may also bring buyers to your home when you're selling. I work with buyers who are interested in buying regular or foreclosure homes.
